Music film Bananaz, about the multi-platinum, virtual band Gorillaz, will receive its world premiere in Panorama during the 58th Berlin Film Festival.

Bananaz removes the virtual walls of Gorillaz, a cartoon band created by artist Jamie Hewlett and musician Damon Albarn. From 2000 to 2006 film maker Ceri Levy documents the making of this award-winning creativity machine. From the first drawings, animations, the music, the musicians and the voices, Bananaz takes you on the road with this virtual phenomenon and shows the part of Gorillaz never seen before; reality.
